Eligibility Criteria:

Time Limit: You may return the product within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or receipt, is required for all returns.

Return Process:

Initiate Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order.

Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

Packaging: Ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

Refund Process: If the returned product meets our return policy criteria, we will initiate the refund process within 6 business days. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Warranty Information:

Certain products come with a warranty period of 6 months, which will be provided along with the product. Please keep the warranty card in a safe place as it will be required at the time of  claim warranty services.
